About Vermont Barter Network
The Vermont Barter Network is a community where Vermont businesses can help sustain our local economy. Each business in the network can purchase goods and services from other members, allowing each business to choose where they would like to spend their earned barter dollars. The network also helps each business generate new clients that they might not have had otherwise. Because all of our members go through an application and interview process it ensures a level of trust within the network that can’t be beat! The Vermont Barter Network has been helping Vermonters sustain their businesses for over 20 years.
We began operating in 1991. At the present time we have about 200 member companies exchanging goods and services with representation across northern Vermont and beyond.
We are proud to be Vermont’s oldest and largest barter network and we take pride in helping local Vermont owned businesses sustain themselves especially during these difficult times.
